As part of our commitment to raise awareness of the quality and innovation of Fire Suppression Systems available in the UK market, MCL Fire were proud to host a Fire Suppression Masterclass in Belfast’s iconic Crumlin Road Gaol

It is estimated that fire damage costs £500,000,000 per year to businesses throughout the UK and of course no value can be put on human life, that is why this event will bring together industry leaders from the Insurance, Building Control, Architectural and Risk Assessment sectors in order to increase awareness & understanding of the most innovative products in the marketplace today whilst also facilitating networking to allow the sharing of best practice in these areas.

We wanted to make sure the information that we provided to all our attendees was the most relevant and accurate for their sectors and that’s why we were so delighted to have guest speakers Noel Doyle from KIDDE, Nigel Roddie from Flamefast , Tony Hanley from FirePro and John Hunt from ANSUL there on the day discussing in depth how their systems work

We were delighted to welcome guests from across different sectors in Northern Ireland from insurance underwriters to Fire Surveyor and not only tell them but show them through a live demonstration from both ANSUL and FirePro about how important Fire Suppression Systems are and how effectively they work in different ways.

We finished the day with a Q&A session where our guests could ask the McL team and our speakers any burning questions they had. Then to say a massive thank you to everyone for coming we had a tour of the Crumlin Road Gaol itself where guests could explore more about the venue and its history.
